Electrician Warners Bay
Up the hill it's 1970s brick homes running out of circuits. Down on The Esplanade it's strata units with shared meter rooms. We're 10 minutes away in Charlestown and work on both.

Sample review
Our split system and the kitchen shared a circuit, so every hot afternoon the power went. One new circuit and it hasn't tripped since. Carried everything up our steep driveway without a word.

Working in Warners Bay
Warners Bay is two suburbs in one: brick homes up the hill and new units down on the foreshore.
Warners Bay runs from the cafés and units along The Esplanade, up the slopes toward Mount Hutton and Eleebana. The streets up the hill are mostly brick homes from the 1970s and 80s, now getting split systems, pool pumps and EV chargers their original wiring never planned for. Down near the foreshore, newer apartment blocks and townhouses mean body corporate work, shared meter rooms and more careful scheduling.

What we do here
Switchboard upgrades and extra circuits for split systems, induction cooktops and EV chargers in the homes up the hill.
Switchboard Upgrades →Lighting, power points and fault-finding in strata buildings, booked around shared meter rooms and body corporate rules.
Kitchen circuits, lighting and test-and-tag for the businesses along the waterfront strip.
FAQ
Warners Bay is about 10 minutes from Charlestown. For emergencies during business hours we can usually be there within the hour. For everything else we come back with a free quote, usually the same day.
Yes. We work with strata managers on access to shared meter rooms and give the body corporate a written report for anything that affects common property.
Usually, once the switchboard has room for a dedicated circuit. We check the board and your supply before we quote, so there are no surprises on the day.
In a lot of the 1970s and 80s brick homes up the hill, the split system was added to a circuit that already ran the kitchen or the garage. On a hot day the two together trip it. A dedicated circuit for the split system usually fixes it for good.
Not usually. On the hillside streets the meter box often sits down at the street with the house well above it, so cable runs are long. We measure the run when we quote, because it changes the cable size and the price.
Yes. We test and tag kitchen appliances and leads for the cafés and shops along the foreshore, before opening or after close so service isn't interrupted, and leave you the register for your records.
